Hard to stack glass cages, I wouldn't advise it, and how would you open it?
The lighting should really be undertank heat pad since BP's require and thrive with belly heat (they don't bask)
If you plan to build a large collection, you may want to substitute glass tanks for tubs/racks and if you prefer display tanks, boaphiles/visions and animal plastics are stackable.

Over head heat provides belly heat, kinda like the sun does. The light heats the substrate and the snake absorbs the heat from there. The advantage is they also raise the ambient air temps much better than a uth

Re: Cage ideas ?
No it won't. Fluorescent lights don't produce much heat.

Most likely yes. Or you could consider a radiant heat panel

Re: Cage ideas ?
You could build your own fairly easily for pretty cheap. If you somewhat know your way around tools, I will help you with the build. The only light my ball pythons get is the ambient light of my house, windows.

Actually "would that be enough" would refer back to the fluorescent bulb. So if he was referring to the uth I would've been a casually of his poor grammar.
Also I highly doubt a uth will be able to hear the enclosure but it will depend on the enclosure size.

Would that be enough refers back to the flourescent, but "if I use an UTH" shows that hes asking if the flourescent along with the UTH, not instead of :P
I'm tired, you can just disregard most of what I've said on this thread honestly. I don't even know if the UTH would penetrate the plastic on a neo because I've never used neodesha to begin with :S
