Humidity gauge.

So i got one of those digital humidity gauge`s some of you had recommended. Where is the best place to read it , top hot end , or cool bottom ?

I put mine where the humidity is least, because its an arboreal enclosure. He hangs out at the top and never goes to the bottom so why read the bottom temps? In other enclosures I put them on the cool side because the hot side is always low anyways, and they can just go to the cool side to retreat. Your max humidity area is more important than your low area. I guess it depends on the species too, or you could buy 2.

That make sense , like yours my CP hangs out at the top hot part , i will place it there ,thanks for advice .
