Hi Guys,
new to the site thought I clock in and show my face, perhaps not a bit scary lol, one day after having be thinking about getting a Iguana of some sort for weeks and weeks I went out and bought my Grandson a Bearded Dragon. That was followed by a phone call to the misses saying CHRISTINE YOU HAVE GOT TO COME AND SEE THESE SNAKES, typing this Chris is setting next to me chuckling to her self lol.
Ever since that day we have had quite a few snakes but most have been rescued snakes and we have enjoyed every minuite, we have 1 x (06) 8ft female Common (het Anery) Boa, 1 x (09) male het Albino Kahl Possible Dwarf under 5ft, 4 x Corns - 1 x Anery (f), 2 x Carolina's, 1 x snow (Gravid). Theres 2 x Grey Rat Snake both rescue hope to breed these later on, theres a rescue Cali-King thats another rescue and this snake has had some problems but we are getting her through it slowly and surely.
We have had loads of snakes we have rehomed and did not sell these but either swap them for reptile things vivs and various stuff to make housing for the additional snakes we get lol.
I used to rescue Parrots years ago and still have a couple of African Greys, we also have 2 pairs of Cockatiels, so the rescue thing is just a case of changing from Birds to Snakes myself and Chris realy love these snakes, Chris is not to sure about the feisty ones we get in but I think it just gives them more Character lol.
Talk soon guys

Hi Guys&Gals,
as regards the African Greys (stephanbakir) there not a breeding program but if the females feathers grow back I could breed her with Fred the male lol.
I will be breeding this year but I have mixed thoughts of what to breed first and which to breed later lol.
I'l getting a female (09) Childrens Python within the next week, and at a later stage getting a male to breed, but I've got to expand my snake storage systems to more racks and vivs so get more snakes in the future I will keep you posted lol.

I think what was intended by the question (could be wrong), is that rescues do not breed the animals they are rescuing. They try to find them good homes for adoption, not produce more of them (rescues are supposed to be non-profit, so if your are intending to sell babies thats also not a 'rescue' by typical terms)

I don't know if some people have an issue with breeding animals you've brought in, but I'm just speaking from a 'rescue' standpoint.

Re: neeeeeeeeeeeew member

As to the rescue birds I had 97 people around the country that fostered birds for me and through health reason had to slow things down.
