Aru type
This is my male Aru type GTP. He is approx 4 years old now. I would love to find a female Aru type to try a pairing this year. I'm not sure how well the pictures worked out but ill post some more once I'm at my pc. Pictures where taken on an iPhone5. I need to pull him out in a few days and ill take some nice shots of the blue. You can't see any in that picture really.

Re: Aru type
What type of enclosure...powerhouse displays ??
Lots of room in there for that guy....better find a female to fill it out during the breeding season.
Great looking Aru.

Thanks! Ya it's a powerhouse display 36 arboreal. I'm using a radiant heat panel with a ve200d thermostat. Basking spot stays no warmer then 86, no cooler then 85. He usually sits in a spot where it's 80. The front perch on the left side is around 76-78. Right side is around 77-79. These powerhouse displays are awesome. I'm using two right now. I would recommend to anyone.

Re: Aru type
How is his temperament? Is he able to be handled? Or is he just a show snake?!

Re: Aru type
Mostly a show snake. He has never struck at me, but when I take him off the perch he hisses quite a bit. I only handle him if need be.
