Of course the sun came out when i picked up the camera and washed all that pink away but there's still a little left
Another one I thought was looking nice today.
I think I counted 22+ saddles. Does this mean this is a bcc or a bci?
Saddle counts are a good starting point but there are certainly exceptions to the rule, this being one of them. As for the origin, the second animal with the higher than average saddle count is from the Stoltz line of bcc. The founding animals were collected in an area that is currently occupied by Suriname (why I refer to them as Surinames) but is being disputed by French Guiana to the east since it is on FGs side of the river. They share many of the characteristics of the bcc found in French Guiana. I'm proud to have obtained a several of these as it is next to impossible to find pure examples these days.
