my fake funky trunk!
this is my attempt at making something realistic for my corn enclosure!
its supposed to be like the bottom of a tree with ferns growing from the roots i think its pretty funky!
its all kinda taped together at the moment its in the testing stages!
do you think that i should add more ferns?
or does it just look silly?

Thank you!
its just one of those chunks of wood you get for aquariums, and i got some silky fake ferns, cut them up and glued them on. its not all that amazing
one good thing is that the wood has got little holes in it so you can wedge the plants in there which helps them stay put!
btw there are some really nice peices of wood on ebay at the moment if anyones interested!

I really like it the way it looks now. Dont put on too much, it will loose the natural look. But thats just my opinion. Good luck with the tank

Looks great but I think you need to incorporate that item in the background into the cage decoration for a truly naturalisitic environment
