It was made very clear to not handle this snake for a minimum of one week, regardless of whether you wanted to get pics or not. You waited only three days. And rewarding it with an "extra plump mouse" doesn't change anything. Try taking the advice given to you next time.

Don't waste your breath.

Obviously pictures are what matters in the world. Our advice is clearly wrong. The snake will grow 3 feet in the week it would take to wait and baby pictures won't be the same.
