Probably too hard to find one of those acclimated to being kept in a glass tank.

I was also looking into Giant Day Geckos even though I know I said I didn't want geckos. lol

"Empty tank" syndrome.

I was wondering what would be suitable for life in this nice display enclosure (preferably no geckos).

Good point. OP should just give this tank to me so I can use it for mourning geckos. =D

Could do millipedes. Or mourning geckos! Mourning geckos making noises - YouTube

Tell me that's not the bloody cutest thing ever. They only get about 2.5-3.5 inches. And they're really social, so you can house a bunch in there and watch them interact.

Re: What would YOU put in this enclosure?

I would consider a Crestie if I hadn't lost two to bad luck (or maybe they just hated me so much they commited suicide)

One passed away in a freak cold snap on Christmas Day and the other passed away literally 3 days after I brought it home.

Millipedes are terrifying. lol

Mourning geckos are so tiny... I'd be scared of accidentally squishing one doing cage maintenance.

It's not like I'd get bored of the animal and neglect it. It's not really impulse if I'm going to research the critter I'm putting in there.

It would be impulse if I received a suggestion and went and got it tomorrow without reading about what it was, how big it got, what it ate...etc.

How many green anoles could comfortably fit in there?
I'd say you can keep a pair in there. Remember there are larger anoles. I'm talking about browns and greens. Get one of each! Very entertaining lizards imo
