best thing to heat 3ft viv

Hi got my ball a 3ft wooden viv and was wondering how best to heat it and what kind of thermosat works best?

Personally i use ceramic heat emitters in all my vivs.

I second the radiant heat panel. 2 are on $15 home depot baseboard heater control themostats and 2 on hyrofarms. Both work great low hunidity use the cheap ones ,higher humidity use the hydrofarm.

Thank you.wiil look at the radiant heat panels was thinking ceramic will do some more research!!
