Water bowl/hide

Lately I have come across dog bowls that make pretty good water bowl/hide combinations for snakes, so I thought I'd pass it on.

These bowls are made of bamboo. I've found them at the dollar stores, the big pet store chains (even in their clearance bins for $1.50), and several other places.

I don't know why, but my snakes seem to like these better than actual snake hides that I've paid more for.

I have a couple of those and my snakes love them, except I cut my own holes.

I use dollar store dog bowls all the time.

Condensation under the bowl makes it a "humid hide" and most snake just love it under there.

and you can buy a dozen for the price of one pet shop "reptile" bowl.

i have to use un tippable dog water bowls in some of my tanks,where the carpet,loves to tip it's water bowl over
