The seriousness now comes from the hole in my wallet. He's worth it though

Also, I feel better knowing the extent of his arthritis which wasn't bad. None in the hips at all. In fact his hips were perfect! Just a bit in his knees and hocks and there was a little bit of calcification (I think that's what the doc said) in the spine. Nothing more than a few mild signs of aging so if I take good care of his senior needs I can hopefully squeeze a few more years out of him.
