Wu-Gwei Member Join Date: Jan-2003 Location: Ottawa, Ontario Posts: 255	Egyptian Tortoises are smallest (under 4" adult size), but I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. I think Russians are the best for beginners and they stay pretty small under 10-12". They are hardy, easy husbandry and good personalities. Chees, JJ
