hey folks, just thought id share my day of fun lol. Had a 200 mile trip to pick up a wee female Taiwan beauty. Tis a lovely wee thing, very skittish but no biting or striking and calmed down very quickly and just wanted to investigate everything. Will have pics up tomorrow when i can get on a pc as i cant sort from my phone. Then the highlight of the day my red tailed racer ate for the 1st time for me. I tried on Friday with a rat pup and got a few defensive strikes but no interest in eating it, left overnight but no joy. Wasnt gona try again til next week but i grabbed 2 mice fuzzies outa my rep shop when i was in grabbing a bulb and i forgot to throw them in the freezer when i got home so i decided to try again with the racer. No defensive strikes but alot of tongue flicking so left overnight in the viv, woke up this morning and no mouse. Soo happy, i love getting the 1st feed over. And with the influx of racers at the minute i hope everyone else is having as much luck as i am!

Thanks man, was a bit worried with this girl as they stress soo easy but i must be doing something right. And yea gona try a wee photo shoot with the Taiwan today so should be plenty of pics tomorrow

Congrats on the tai beauty, they are awesome snakes. A bigger congrats on getting the racer to feed. I had good luck with them too as both of my ate no problem. Can't wait to see pics of the beauty.

Thanks man, really pleased with both events lol, will have plenty of pics of the tai dont worry about that. And really glad to hear yours are feeding mate, we must be doing something right lol.
