Re: Another Cassie thread

That's odd.

It does seem that once they have had bigger bugs, the smaller ones don't work so well anymore.

Ive heard from a few keepers that said that as theirs got bigger they just stopped being interested in crickets. Mine still munches them down like candy!

Re: Another Cassie thread

So this is cassie! she is making so much progress. this is me picking her up. I usually use 2 hands but i had to use 1 because i was holding the camera.

Watch how calm she is, no hissing or tail whipping instead she goes right back up to her basking spot and looks at me. what a great sav.

This is another one, She was in her burrow because i scared her changing her water dish, coming into the room. but as soon as i sprayed the water bottle she came out curious. The mister is a great way to get her to come to you

Re: Another Cassie thread

She looked a bit nervous in the beginning, but I'm going to assume it was because she didn't feel supported when you lifted her. As soon as you put her on her lap, she calmed right down.

Great progress!

Re: Another Cassie thread

Lay your hand down flat and encourage her to walk up onto your arm. Then support her with your other arm as you bring your arm closer towards your body.
