Looks perfectly fine to be honest... Let him settle n digest, then have a look. One thing I will say tho, I agree with treating what u can yourself but sometimes (not now...) a trip to the vets is needed.

You can get some poop from the snake and bring it to the vet and they will look to see if there is any parasites cost about $23.
