I think i made an oopsy :(
so few months ago i got roaches to feed to my beardie....
well they became pets  its soooo hard for me to feed them off, i only have 4 adults though, maybe once i get about 30 it will be easier, but i have alot of little babies now!!
heres a cool pic!

Yes they are Dubia - i also found myself quite attached to the ones we had - they are very "cute"

lol I keep thinking the same thing as I look at the rat pups my rats have. I have a few that are super pretty. Then again they smell and are more maintenance than my snakes so I know I won't keep them.

I have ups and downs with my rats too, some days I hate them, others I couldn't imagine not having them...
Never had any attachments to the Dubia, except ripe breeder females, I won't feed them to Chomper, they make more bugs for later.

I feed some of the babies to Dexter (beardie) but i wont feed the adults, once i get more, im sure i will feed more there just sooo cool to watch!!

ill never keep rats, and i give a huge contrats to people who do... ew! but roaches are very easy to take care of though, so its a little different
