Well, they are called "slender boas" sometimes, but I believe they will fill out a bit more as the get older. They'll probably be about the same as mainland rainbow boas.
Regarding the peppering, I'm absolutely not sure what will happen. From what I understand, Jamaicans are naturally highly variable anyway. But then throw in some selective breeding for orange/red.... So I'm as curious as anyone how the male will turn out. I've seen pics of adult "orange/red phase" specimens, so I think I have a better idea how the female will turn out.
