I refuse to have a pet I can't "play" with... plus I would be all too tempted to through the neighbors god damn yippy dog that barks all god damn day in there.

No, I am not kidding. I want to kill that dog.

But I agree with freebody, I can definitely imagine it getting old after a while.

My neighbour breeds Jack Russells... she has 3 females and 1 male... It's rare that we go 30 minutes without barking -.-

I find this extremely confusing- given that reptiles are solitary animals who instictively want to get away from large mammals for all sorts of various reasons. Reptiles will always do better in a hands off approach to keeping- as to keep down stress on the animal.. How do you "play" with a solitary animal such as a reptile, I know it certainly doesn't work the same way as a social mammal such as a dog!

I think by "play" he means handle rather than throwing a ball for it.
