Snake ID?

Can anyone identify this snake for me? I live in northern NJ. I know it’s only a partial shot, but any help would be appreciated.

Lampropeltis Triangulum - common eastern milk snake. Totally harmless.

Actually beneficial, they hunt mice.

Thanks, I thought it was an eastern milk – but I’m no expert.

Somehow I don’t think my wife will subscribe to “the more the merrier” philosophy…
