I have a question about climbing branches
I find branches outside and want to use them as climbers for my BP, so my question is how do make sure it's disinfected? I mean from mites, ticks etc. I thought about freezing them, but will this work? I you know that would be great.

Re: I have a question about climbing branches
Will the branches fit in your oven? I soak in a bathtub w/ a bleach/water/nix mix then bake them

nope. They don't fit in the oven, I have not tried doing the bathtub thing yet, do you think that would work? Again I can not bake it because the oven is not big enough.

Re: I have a question about climbing branches
haha well its so cheap here, I figured it wouldn't hurt. If you don't have nix, the bleach/water method works great. Just make sure you get all that bleach out, although it will probably be pretty diluted.

Re: I have a question about climbing branches
1:10 or 10% bleach is sufficient
