Nice. Back to breeding rats, i heard that males get lazy if they get overweight, but you can get huge fit males that are active as hell, does their being fit or overweight effect their overall want to breed?

not sure. my male is gettin big, but he's not really obese.
he was sooo funny when they were breeding also. he totally knocked her up for like 5 minutes, then he went over to the corner of the cage and just laid on his side like a lazy a$$. then after a few minutes he jumped back up, knocked her up again, then went back to his corner and laid down on his side.
i laughed so hard lol.
