If you cant get your hands on rep-safe wood like that, an easy alternative is getting plastic piping, and using sandpaper on it to "rough it up a little" then just make either ladder systems or some other design that your snake can climb on.

Ive seen the pvc being used, i want as natural looking viv as i can provide.. I ususally cut branches out of our fruit trees and bake them for 30 mins at 350' ... never had any parasites or contamination..

Thx for the info,

Max = "welcome" = Thx.. hahah

Keep those pics coming members.. hahah

Re: GTP,ETB,ATB enclosure pics here...

lol thanks ! first of all i m no expert. i just like to decorate a little in my tank...it s a 37G tank i got from petsmart it was 50% off cause missing heater so i purchased it lol .To answer your questions..yes used a blow torch from home depot..what?$20? then i bought a lot a lot of the pipes and different connectors..then you just gotta play with it a little and get the shape out u want. then i just blow torch to burn them until they get brownish color, dont worry if you burn them too dark..you need to use a sponge type cleaner to clean out the burn and rinsh it clean before you put in to your tank...then i used reptile barks (large ones) from petco and bought 3 terrerium plants...first lay the reptile bark as your first layer..then you used whatever green moss u can find in petsmart to cover the first layer..at this time you might want to burry the POT (terrerium plants came with pots) under the moss so visitors wont see it when they come to your house you dont want to just lay the water bowl on top on bedding..you might want to slightly burry it a bit and get a natuarl feel out of it. then cover the back and side glass with black background..some people like to paint it black..i dont..cause it s actually a fish tank kit came with all filters light net..so if i decided to use it as a fish tank i could later on. no silicone has been used in this tank...no wait at all the hardest part is the PVCs that you need to figure out what shape you want. lol This is the building process on picture number 4~

Re: GTP,ETB,ATB enclosure pics here...

picture number 2 ...its a pretty huge tank! 3 times bigger than the 37G tank. u cant really tell from picture..but there are 4 GTPs in it..one is a bright yellow canary ,they are all tamed!!
ok . the cage you can get it from local petstore..not sure where to tell you to go beside in houston..thats where i live lol. first you want to find some large river rocks and a pump..LOWES home depot?its really easy to do this tank but it takes time...put pump in one side and use silicone to stack up the rocks till the pump is covered.then on top area of the tank i used cork barks..you gonna have to silicone that as well . pretty much this tank is nothing but silicones lol then as it dry...i went to woods and pick out some branches and bake them in over for temp 300 ,30 mins...came out nice and dry and no bugs~~ then you need to silicone it whereever you want..and just wait overnight ...let them dry..pretty much that s it..
Again, i just like to decorate a bit in my tank i m no expert .i had seen a lot a lot of pretty tanks in person better than mine a lot!! i m still learning just like you r~~ so be patient and keep checking how other peoples viv are and ideas will eventually come to your mind.. have fun~~
