my boa is around 1 yr old and hes 42.5 inches long, hes common bci and possibly a red tail cross, and im wondering if anyone can guess the approximate size that he will be when hes fully grown as i will be building him a viv and my plans are currently to build a viv sized: 6ft long x 2ft wide x 3ft high and using a 250w AHS and i was wondering that judging by the size that he is now, would he be comfortable in that fully grown.
Yes, a fully grown adult would have plenty of room in there!! Infact all my adults are in 4x2x1's. Males can stay in cb70 tubs for the most part unless you have an odd ball monster. If anything got over 7 ft though I would bump them up to the 6x2x1's though, so far that hasn't happened in the years Ive had them.

ok thanks jendee, the reason for the hight is that when he comes out of his rub, during water change, he sits on my arm like a gtp straddles a branch so im gunna do a climbing frame with branch for him to enjoy
