I sold him to a lady who loves sand boas and works for a zoo, so he went to a good home.
As for feeding in the cages, I do it with all of my snakes, have for years, and have not had any problems. Snakes take a long time to associate things, some species are quicker than others, but as long as you don't only open the cage to feed it, you'll be fine. Just make sure you handle the snake often enough that it doesn't expect food whenever the cage door opens. Mine don't go into feeding mode until they smell the food thawing in the buckets.

thats how my sand boa is, everytime i go to pick it up, it dont bite at me, but like jerks away... she bit at me a few times, but i just thought it was my fault so oh well lol. but if i could find a GOOD HOME for her, i would have no problem letting her go to someone who would make her happy. i love all snakes, but my sand boa is just sort of poinless. if i have to i will get rid of her ![Frown](http://www.ssnakess.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif) i really want a corn...
on that note, the snow corn is gone, so im looking at an albino

Re: might be getting a corn!!
i dont want to... but like what willow said, all i do is pay to feed her... i hold her and stuff, but i cant long bc she gets bitchy and snappy, so either i keep her and be sort of unsaisfied with a pet, or get rid of her, and get a new pet that will prolly not be bitchy like her... i dont know what im going to do yet...

Re: might be getting a corn!!
It's a tough call, I know. We buy animals and pledge to love them and keep them their whole lives, but sometimes they can make it hard on us. With my sand boa, I found a lady who really loves them and wanted him and was enamored with him, so he went to a home where he'd get more attention and love. I would not have given him to anyone I didn't think would be a great owner for him.
