Was not sure how many people lived close enough but the Carlisle PA show is this SAT the 25th. It will have venomous as well as other great reptiles. Any info needed hit me up.
If you look on the website, it says they discontinued their shows until further notice. You won't be missing much anyways- last time I went it was a huge auditorium with maybe 20 vendors. Hamburg is having a show again the 1st of August though.
Talked to my vendor Rick Krumrine and someone else took over the show and is def this Sat. Turtle Xing is now in charge and is no longer venomous. I know what you are saying been to two wasn't to impressed. I'm just going to stock my freezer with feeders and see the new owners and if they did a better job.
So went to show and it was not bad. I have always thought it had potential. There were more vendors but nobody knew about the show because the previous owner said it was canceled. Prices were not to bad. I picked up a Stoudt-Legged Baboon T and what I think is a Deathstalker Scorpion with babies. From what I understand the people in charge of Hamburg are advising Turtle Xing on how to run the show n if they do not do well Hamburg people will take over.
That's cool- I'm glad it went well for you. Maybe I will check it out next time. I will be going to Hamburg this coming weekend. I love that show, as it is always packed and lively and sooo many neat herps!
