Exclamation New here and need HELP

Hi all, name is Philip. I have a burmese named Hercules. He is sick and I cannot figure out why or what to do. He seems to be congested. The guy at the pet store told me to put pedilite in his water. He is getting plenty of light, humidity and water. I just cannot figure out the congestion. If anyone has ANY suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thanks. I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Re: New here and need HELP

what are the temps he's kept at? and by congestion, are you seeing mucas from his nose or mouth? Does he appear to be panting? Are you hearing popping sounds?

Re: New here and need HELP

If you could give us more details about him, it will help us help you.

1) What are the temps in the cool, warm, and hot zones? What are your heat sources?
2) What is the ambient humidity?
3) How old is Hercules? How much does he weigh (or what is his weight)? How long is he?
4) As Coy suggested, some details of his congestion would be helpful, too. Describe all the symptoms.

Hopefully we can figure out what Hercules needs to return to good health quickly.
