Re: Hello

Hey there! Welcome to Ssnakess!
What do you keep? I have a whole bunch of different reptiles, including bearded dragons, cresties, a chameleon, ball python, and my boyfriend had an iguana and a tegu.

Re: Hello

Hey, KingJester--welcome. Currently I have only one BP but will be going up again in numbers, I'm sure. What's your favorite herp?

Wink Re: Hello

I have a BP, Wolfus and a Beardie, Spike

Jess: ahaha when I was reading your message i didn't innitially see the bottom line that says "had an iguana and a tegu.".... anywho, the point i'm trying to make is that i laughed really hard because i thought your boyfriend was on the list of reptiles. It was funnier at the time, i'm sure.

Re: Hello

I locked my girlfriend in a closet once that was a pretty funny event. i wouldn't recommend a tank though cuz that could make him suffocate. lol

Re: Hello

AHAH! I've been locked (purposly and accidentally) in several enclosed areas:
My room: the door knob on the inside (where I was) fell off so there was only a stick and I couldn't get it to turn.
My bathroom: stupid locking mechanism doesn't unlock from the outside when it gets jammed... that was a long 2 hours of trying to get the door opened.
Outside: ( i know it's not really enclosed but...) my family forgot I was outside and locked all the doors and went up to bed...several minutes were spent banging on the doors before somebody came to open them.
*sigh* I guess that's kind of pathetic when you think about it!

HAHAHA, those are all hilarious! I locked myself in my bathroom when I was in grade 2, funny now, not so funny then, haha.
...there have been a lot more 'incidents' since then :P

Re: Hello

I locked a kid in a bathroom at a house party we were at and he was pretty much as drunk as i've ever seen anyone, and when we opened the door in the morning he was laying in the bathtub with nothing on but a belt around his waist. We asked him why he only had a belt on and he said he was too hot so he stripped to cool off and then he said he must have gotten cold so he put the belt on. Of course we were all making fun of him for the last year or so since it happened. i mean how do you even come to the conclusion a belt would keep you warmer? i've never known anyone as stupid as this kid but that is why we keep him around so he gives us something to laugh at.

Re: Hello

ya he is a dumbass. to this day i've never met anyone intoxicated enough to even think that a belt would keep them warm. i think he is just a moron and the alcohol just didn't help the matter at all.

Re: Hello

I have a cinnamon pastel male. So far he is awesome, eats great and likes being handled. I had not had a snake for almost 15 years so I was happy to get so lucky.

And my favorite herp is the ball. Always liked 'em.
