Our sick Borneo short-tail "Slim"

Hi, posting some pics of our short-tail. We got just in time to save his life. When he got to us, he hadn't eaten for over 10 months, ever since his import into Canada.

Here he is when we got him.

This is what he looked like 2 weeks ago. After being forced fed a mouse the first day he got here, he started to eat like a pig.

This is him now. He was completely constipated last weekend, so I brought him over to the vet after having emptied his intestines. He's now on 2 separate antibiotics, and on Safegard for worms.

First off, great save! It's always good to see a successful rescue. I'm curious on his temperment?

By the way, maybe it's time to change his newspapers?

His temperament is actually very good. For a poor guy that needs to be sticked with needles for antibiotics, stuffed with seringes of Panacure, he is very quiet. He has never tried to bite up to now.

I also have 2 other red Bloods, and they are also very good.
