I have a question about the hide in her enclosure; is that her only one? I ask because it seems a little 'open.' If you were to take a margarine container and
cut a hole in the top, big enough for her to crawl through, she could curl up and feel more 'safe' during the day. They love margarine containers! Just a suggestion.
noi am using the hide as a temporaiy one . i put a sheet of paper over it so that she could feel more secure. with a gap in betweenit and the box so she could get in and out of it. after a couple days i noticed that she wasent using the hide so i put an old store bought one that had been cleaned and now thats the onlyone she uses im going to a petstore tommorow to pick up a couple different hiding spots for her.
cool! I just thought to mention it, because some people don't know about how important good hides are. (I'm a n00b here, so please don't be offended - I've not read enough of your posts to 'know' you yet!) Anyway, good job! Your snake looks healthy and happy, and clearly she is lucky to have a good caregiver like you.
i just needed to use the old shoe box hides until i could find a big enough hide from a pet store because most of the ones at the pet store i go to look like they have to small of a opening for her to get in and out of
