I need a pic. Mites and/or ticks are not white, they're black and burgundy respectively.
Just one more reason why you shouldn't house your balls together....
How big are the "white" bits on the snakes? Without seeing a pic it's hard to say one way or another if it is snake mites. It could be mites that are ot harmful to the snake, ie mites from a substrate or a damp area of the tank. It could also be calcium deposit from water or also a urate smear.
