What would be best to feed a 75 gram baby ball python?

whatever they will eat, just keep them a smaller size and move him/her up to larger ones as they get older. If you bought it from a store or a breeder, they should be able to help you figuire out what the snake was previously eating!

I also strongly suggest starting with a rat of appropriate size, either a pinky or fuzzy. It will eliminate you having to attempt to make a switch from mice to rats. Some snakes have absolutely no problem making switches, while others can be almost impossible to switch. Todd
