i dont think it is normal because i saw the normals at the store, they looked nothing like this, this one was lighter and more different in pattern than the others

Still a normal even if it is light colored. Normals are very variable.

oh..... ok....... here is my other question, hw often should i feed him???? he is on fuzzie rat pups.
oh yeah, someone i talked to did say something about him being a tiger BP.

um one question for you, i don't mean to sound harsh but did you do any research on bp's before buying him and to answer your question every 7-10 days he should be fed but he might not eat being such a young snake.

Tiger BP? That is marketing. No such thing. It's a normal with banding so they label it tiger, banded, reduced, etc to try and inflate the price.
Feed it every week at this size.

tigers do exist and ralph davies has and maybe even is producing them.
since the genetics are unknown any light coloured can be clained as a tiger. but its just a normal with a cool name.
the pattern is usually slightly different as well
