Playing after eating
After how long do you let your snake be alone after it has eaten?
1 day? 2 days?

48 hours is a minimum and depending on the food size 3 days might even be recommended. For our larger snakes we let them sit for a few days because snake puke is nasty. Not to mention we don't like making our snakes nautious.

Well, how big is the snake?
When I feed mine a decent sized meal, I might pick them up to move them but I don't really handle them for two whole days.

snake is a baby about 20 inches. The reason i am asking this is cause he always looking to come out ,,like nputting his nose hear the glass and always going to tht top lid.

I'm pretty sure your snake is not wishing to come out and play with you. But I am also pretty sure that it is trying to tell you something. And that could be a myriad of different things. Check your temps.

temps look good. 90 in my light and about 80 in the shade.

90 sounds good but a basking spot of 90 is not as good as a heat pad at 90. Your snake would benefit more from a spot to warm his belly (an under tank heater aka a uth) to help him digest the meals. This would also make it so you could safely (the snake's safety) handle him sooner. But I'd still give him 48 hrs.
Just a thought....

Hi eferna,
I've waited as little as 24 hours after feeding, before handling my 8 month old snake, and he's never regurgitated. He eats one adult mouse a week.
But, I'm more careful with him until maybe 48 hours have passed.

When he's moving around...maybe it's because he's still hungry. A small hopper is a small meal for a BP of that size. It's better than not eating but you should try to get him eating f\t adult mice or f\t rat pups.
How big around is your snake? You should feed something that is about the same width as the fattest part of the snake's body.
