panther eggs collapsed

Hi all, I had a batch of panther eggs going on month 5. I noticed yesterday that they collapsed, but STILL were white...I think they may have dried out and I didn't catch it in time. I added water to the vermiculite...

Any suggestions to what might have happened and what I should expect?

Mike
