Bci Or Bcc

does bci have bat shaped saddles

Hi i got a Columbian boa (BCI) from a pet store yes i know risky but with close examination i picked the healthiest one and best looking.
i dont think it is a Bci because it has bat shaped dorsal saddles.
what would it be.

Did you take that Pic Yourself.

If you look at the link it says Surirt this means Suriname red tail. that is a BCC

That pic was taken by Celia Chen from EBN. I think he was just using it as a reference.

Does your snake have that blood red tail and very pink/purple sides? Real long head and the interesting head markings? If yes, then it is a BCC.

Can you get a pic posted of your boa?

i dont know how to do that with the digital.
My boa had a deep blood red tail pinkish purple sides and thehead markings.
i will do some more reasearh to find a closer match

the large one on your right hand side is closer to what my snake looks like.
