The lad who went in 4 a fish an came back wid a snake
Hi every 1 ow are yas im Rob from Liverpool in the UK! Well on friday i went to a koi carp centre wid my mum an dad to get some new fish 4 our pond. An when we got in there the guy said "come check out my new reptile house its just opened." So i went in. An i was amazed at the selection of snakes an lizards he had! But 1 snake caught my eye it was a little baby snow corn. Well that was it i just had to have it so i harrased my mum for about an hour to let me keep it in my house an she finaly gave in! So of i went back to the guy an bort the snake, tank, heater, an everything else to start my new hobbie! I love my snake hes called "Shankly" after the greatest manager to ever coach liverpool f.c.

Oh, since you went with your mom, I thought you were younger. What AV do I have? you mean anti-venom? I don’t keep any on hand. Its way to expensive and all my local hospitals keep crofab on hand. It covers all the snake I keep save the corals.

Sorry brother, you are dealing with a southern red neck here. I don’t know the metric system. I keep my hot side on corns about 80 to 82f and the cool side maybe 5 below that. I burmate them at 55f. (no need to brumate a baby however) Never had a problem at those temps. You have picked a pretty tough snake, they can flourish at a pretty good temperature range.

wow.. i have a hard time readin your posts.. just go onto a search engine and look up some care for corn snakes it will give you all the info you ever need.... and yes your a little high.. between 27 and 31 degrees is good on the warm side ( for a baby try and stay colser to 31) and about 24 on the cool side... as long as your close to 24 on the cool side youll be fine.. night drop is not needed but if you have any above lights turn them off... but like i said for more info just look up " corn snake care on the net and read a few different sheets...
and i find it WAY easier to use F just cause most of the care sheets deal in thoes units.. get yourself a good digi thermo and flick the switch to F thats all.. ( i dont understand them fully otherwise but i use it for snakes)

I got it all. U just av to understand the language........lol.
36 C is too hot . try 27C to 29 C or 82 F to 85 F is the approxemate conversion. You should definately check out some care sheets though. It will help you a great deal or get a book on corns.

Well i sorted out the temp (i raised the tank up about 2 inch above the heat matt an it is about 30c now an i also moved it to a warmer part of my room) so all is good on the temp side now!
