Question pinkies

I have a question regarding pinkies. I have been asked by several people tobring in pinkies. I did not want to sell them because I just felt bad for them. I knnow I am a softy. It was hard enough to bring in Crickets. Ok so I said yes and asked my store manager to cal our suplier and ask him to bring some in. When I asked her how they packaged them she told me he brings them in live and we keep them in the freezer!! Please tell me they are pulling my leg and this is not true. I jsut don't know if I can sell something I have to kill.

So please let me know how it is done.

Most suppliers sell live along with frozen. I have heard about a couple of breeders who only sell live and leave it up to the store to deal with it. If this is the case, you could always find a new supplier. We, like many others, offer both for the customers convenience

In addition to what Andrew said, some stores will order live for those that wish to have live pinkies instead of frozen. If they do not get sold before they die, or are near to, they may freezer them.
