Not even close. If breeding and getting eggs and hatching them was a 10-step process, that would be half-way through Step 1. They breed when they are half-dead, they breed while they are eating, they breed year round. Whether the female cycles, takes, doesn't absorb the damn follicles is the KEY to actually getting eggs. Getting them to lock is usually about as easy as putting them in the same cage.
