Hi everyone!! Well we went to court on Mar 3, and the lawyer for the condo corp screwed up yet again. He only booked enough time for himself to speak, not any time for us to speak, so the judge to remand our case until the next day. He heard our case and told us he would have to give a decision later that day or Monday. The judge's decision was that since the municipal by-law had been passed the correct way, we were in violation of owning our reptiles. He told us that his hands were 'tied', and there was nothing he could do about it. We have been told that we have until April 2 to relocate them. We are going to appeal this decision, and bring it to trial. We'll keep you all updated as we go. Thanks for reading, Kristy and Frank.
