Need some advice

Well it's my first time every dealing with mites and I am not to sure what to do . I had noticed my girl Suzy soaking in her water more than usual so I cheaked for any signs of mites and sure enough there was . I am in the process of moving her into a sterile inviroment and away from the other snakes but they probably already have them . I have no clue how she got them . My question really is how should I treat this . Thanks .

My advice would be to use Nix, it worked in one shot for me.

Take out all her cage decorations, and soak them in bleach. If your enclosure is a rubbermaid then you can bleach that too.

Dilute a bit of Nix (available at any pharmacy over the counter) in a spray bottle and lightly spray your snake with it. (I get the cream kind of Nix, I think it's the only one. I just use one big squeeze of it in a small spray bottle of water, and shake it up to mix it)

I would personally repeat this every day until you see no more mites floating in her water dish, and keep a close eye on your other snakes.

I agree with using the nix but not in the concentration that heather describes. One small bottle is to be diluted into 4 liters of distilled water.
