regurgitating

My corn regurged back in Nov.; I waited a month until I fed her again. It was a success; she has been feeding weekly since, without an incident. This morning she regurged her meal from half a week ago. Husbandry hasn't changed. Back in Nov. is when I bought her so I understand she may have been stressed. What do you think is up this time?
Thanks, Paul.
