Question Silkworms n Pupae...

I hate to have posted this on both boards but here i relate to it more to my beardie..I have Just Bought Exo-Terra Silkworms(In A Can) They are about20-35 Silkworm Pupae,They smell wierd but it seems that my beardie loves them..And Silkworms Are Expensive and these were 5$ for the can...Is this stuff Any good,(seeing how anything i drop in the cage it takes,that resembles insects dead or alive) and for me its way cheaper then buying live worms,Ill post the nutrition value later.Anyone with expierce or something know if its good the nutrition value is:

are these both from the can... or is one the nutrition value of regular silkworms...

from the 2003 zoo med catalog.. i just thoughth the retorting thing was important...
