is there any way, short of probing , to determin the sex of my 2 burmese? the one is about 10', the other is around 4.5', i want to know if i have a male and a female, but i REALLY dont want to try and stick anything up the big one.
Well if you really don't want to place a probe up the big one, then just check next to the cloaca(sp?)if it's got large spurs then it a male.If not then it a female.BUt it not a 100 percent thing.Only probing is.
You could take a good close up pick of each of their cloaca areas and post them, id prolly be able to tell ya if they were good clear pics, but nothing is as sure as probing.
