Does it look like this?
Welcome to Half-Life 2. The first game to rival the water graphics in Far Cry.

Jeff... goddamn you My computer sucks too much to be able to play that game -- and it's the only game in sooooooo long that I've actually wanted to play.
*goes off and cries*
or... better yet...
*goes over to Jeff's and steals his computer*

AMD64 3200, 1024 MB dual channel PC4000 RAM, Geforce 6800 GT (overclocked), 2 SATA 200g HD in RAID, and a 1985 keyboard. LOL! All I need is my front projector and I'm set!
I hadn't upgraded since my Athlon 1.3 Ghz and Radeon 7500, ha ha! So I just said screw it and got a good rig. It wasn't expensive man. If you use the same monitor and HD and stuff, its WELL under a grand. The video card is the main thing, as you well know brother!

Looking forward to playing this as well
Though Halo 2 was pretty cool too. Both good for different reasons.
Now Doom 3 on the other hand. Blah. I even pre-ordered it. Very pretty game and the physics engine was great but multiplayer limited to 4 people and only 'classic deathmatch' how... 1999.

hmmmm that's top of the line for me!! I dont know...under a grand for all that? To get a 64 bit processesor means I have to get a new mobo and OCZ dual channel RAM, and to top it off I would need new SATA HD's in raid as well
BTW I just got Half-Life 2 so I probably won't be on the forum for a while haha.
