Hissing cockroaches.....

Anyone know of any great sites to visit that explain how to raise your own hissing cockroaches??

I've read a dozen pages on it so far Jeff, And it all seems pretty simple. 3-5 roaches. thats about it. seems they incubate the eggs themselves and give live birth.

That page was pretty good. I just did a hissing cockroach search on google. Seems breeding them is a snap.

Jeff, just a tip. Get as many adult breeders as possible. The babies are fed really fast. The one problem is they only have babies every 2-3 months, but at least you can get up to 70

Keep them at mid 80's all the time... optimum temps also, they like being really crowded... My 12 are loving it in the small (not x-small) kritter keeper I got for $7... It is about "6x"4x"4 (lxhxw), they love it... on part of a small heat pad...
