Question Extra Bones in Snakes

I have heard things regarding snakes having some extra bones in their bodies that may have been legs at one time. Is this factual?

i think there are some species that have remnants of pelvic girdles, but im not sure which ones. boas have spurs, but they arent bones, just tiny claw things.

Country:
Boids have the remenants of legs that manifest themselves as spurs.

I sure hope you were kidding about the horns on desert vipers reptiguy. Those are just special scales.
