shed questions

i went to pull out my blood today for a little cleaning and i noticed he waz in shed, anyone have any tips to help with the process, his feeding day is tomarrow, should he still eat?

i don't keep bloods but i would say to increase the humidity to help with the shed, about the feeding i dont know if he will eat or not i dont feed any of my snakes while in shed, hope this helps

Yup, increase the humidity. Some snakes eat while in shed, some don't. All you can do is try, the worst that can happen is he will refuse. Then you will know not to feed him during shed! lol

My blood that i have recently bought has only shed once while i have had it but while in shed she ate twice once while her eyes were blue and the second was the night that she shed and yes increase humidity to help the snake shed and like sapphire said "the worst that can happen is he will refuse". Good luck with your blood.

0.2 malaysian bloods, 1.0 pastel ball pthon, 1.1 het albino ball python, 0.2 66% het albino ball python, 0.6 50% het albino ball python, 0.12 normal ball pythons, 1.0 normal ball pythons, 1.0 rainwater albino leopard gecko, 0.1 reg leopard geckos.
