Hey Jeff! (I'm still po'd about the vorax) Tim and I tried breeding them, along with many other people, but to no avail could anyone keep the females alive after laying. Not really sure the cause, but all the females died within 2-3 weeks. Perhaps the same prevails in the wild, but I can't say for sure. If I come across any I'll let you know though. (After I pick some up for myself first! LOL) ttyl

Wow thats crazy, I havnt tried breeding my adults yet but will be in a year or two. You should ask Lowell about that hes a real expert with them. So were you able to buy all those animals as adults or did you raise them up?

Anders-Give us some info on your set ups and such along with anything else you've discovered along the way. It'd be nice to get some info flowing on these guys!D:

Jeff-I suppose I should have thought about getting Lowell's advice I think my major problem was that I was starting out with WC specimens. Usually not the best idea.

Hey, don't look at me, I know squat about helmeted gex! Jeff, I think Julie was talking about the helmeted females, not vorax.

Don't know if this will help, but here's someone selling a couple. Here's the link:

I know it isn't a breeder, but this person is on the site a lot and seems to be knowledgeable and cares for her animals. Don't know if they're still available or not though.
