New boa - in bad condition

Hey all, i got a 4 foot guyana and he has left over skin. He still has skin on his eyes, tail and a few spots on his body, im gonna try to keep him less stressed and keep the temps/humidity right till next shed. Is this a good idea or should i take action now?

Also he has a runny nose...

i felt so sorry when i saw him... and it sounded like his ribs were cracking when i held on to thim... what might that be?

Burloak Animal Clinic Oakville about 15-20 mins up the QEW
Dr Wolfgang Zenker 905-827-1171 . I take my own boas there for checkups and the like Dr Zenker is excellent and is a keeper himself good luck to you
