Taiwan beauty

I am doing some research about these beautiful snakes...but what I just cannot be sure about is the temperament...is it in fact an easy going snake or not? Do they bite or not? some say yes and some say no!!
please if you have this snake let me know how it is...

All of the Taiwans we have ever had have been really tame, except for 1. That 1 came out of the egg, mad at the world, and still has a chip on its shoulder.

My mom kept that baby, because she had history with it.

Other people I know with Taiwans (which we didn't produce from our adults) report their snakes to be really nice as well, I'm not sure if I've heard of many nasty Taiwans.

Now Blue Beauties, sometimes that is a different story, not all of those are tame.....

I've got 1 Taiwan now that did come from Scales Zoo, but I did at one time have 2 adult males that didn't come from Scales. All were very tame, although one of the adult males bit me once and left a tooth embedded in my knuckle when he got stressed out. It was an isolated incident, the rest of the time they were just fine.

Country:
They are that way when they are young because of their natural defense impulses. Like any species they will calm down with handling over time. Odd specimens never will settle down as per any animal of any species. Most Taiwans are pretty calm, but watch out when they are hungry LOL I have keep a few various VBBs & have bred them. All the babies last year turned out pretty calm despite getting a bad rap from some. I do agree that they are way more fiesty than the Taiwans, but that just means they are more fun. Mark
